NetBank Business: Viewing all account balances |

The All balances screen is displayed as the default screen once you have logged on to the NetBank Business system. This screen provides easy access to all the accounts you have linked to your profile. It reflects a list of accounts for which you have access rights
and you can view the current and available balance for each account. The
All balances screen may be accessed through the Enquiries menu as well. However, if you are not authorised to view any account balances, a welcome screen will
be displayed and the menu option will not be available. |

Follow this path through the main
menu to view all balances:
Enquiries > All Balances

The All balances screen is
displayed.

There are four tab sections available, but access is dependent on your access rights.

Foreign-currency accounts are in denominations of that particular currency and the currency indicator is indicated in the last column,

To see an overview of your account click on the Account number or Current balance for quick access to the Statement or Balance enquiry screens respectively. Alternatively, to view your balance or statement select Enquiries and then the required function.

For current and savings accounts, a Current balance is the actual balance on the account, whereas an Available balance is the actual balance minus all outstanding authorised items and
effects not cleared (ENCs).
The ENC rule is linked to cheques paid in by clients drawn on other banks. The amount paid in will be added to the client's balance, but the available balance will be reduced by the value of the ENC.

Tick in the checkbox in the Select
page
column header to select all the accounts in the list.
Use the individual checkboxes to select individual
accounts.

The priority / order in which the accounts are listed
is set by using the Prioritise accounts
tab. Access to this tab will be determined by your
access rights.

Use the scrollbar to view the rest of the screen.

A mechanism is available whereby
you can go to a previous, next or other page if
required. This can be used to locate the remainder of the
list of entries, should the list be longer than one page.

Once you have selected an account or accounts, the latest statement for the selected account(s) can be printed or exported by clicking on the Print selected statements button and/or clicking on the Export selected statements button.

You can export or print the entire list of
accounts as well.

The Grouped accounts
tab section is displayed. It is accessed by clicking on
the tab header. Access to this section will be
determined by your access rights.

The accounts are grouped by the type of account. Use
the + or – icon next to each group heading to view/hide the subsection.

Again, once you have selected an account or accounts, the latest statement for the selected account(s) can be printed or exported by clicking on the Print selected statements button and/or clicking on the Export selected statements button.

You can export or print the list of
accounts for this group as well.

The Prioritise accounts tab section is displayed. It is accessed by clicking on the tab header. Access to this section will be determined by your
access rights.

This tab section is used to set the priority / order in which the accounts are listed
on the All balances
screen. This is done by changing the number in the
Priority column.

Use the scrollbar to view the rest of the screen.

If you have changed the order of
the accounts and want to undo the change before you submit the changes, you can use the
Cancel button.

The Reset to defaults button is used to restore the order of appearance of the accounts to the original setting.

Use the Submit button to make the changes.

After you have clicked on the
Submit button, the screen will refresh and the Confirm
button will become visible. Click on the Confirm button,
to apply the
changes and to return to the All balances
screen.

If you want to edit the changes or make more changes before you confirm the changes, you can use the
Edit button.

The Customise all balances tab section is displayed. It is accessed by clicking on the tab header. Access to this section will be determined by your
access rights.

Use the radio buttons to select the accounts you
would like to display for this profile.
|

The default settings for this tab is to display all
accounts for all groups. Use this button to reset the
Display all settings.
|

The
screen will refresh and will display a list of the accounts
in the current accounts group.

Tick the checkboxes in the Select
column to select the accounts you want displayed.

When you have made your selection, click on the Update all balances view button to make the changes. Please note that the system will not ask you to confirm the changes.
